What do the colours mean for each bill?

Bills will show a colour coded dot beside them.  

Instructions

On your bill, each of your listed line items will have a color dot:

  • A green dot  means the item is copied to costs.
  • A red dot  means the item is not copied to costs

On the bills tab, each of your listed bills will have a color dot:

  • A green dot  means all items in the Bill have been copied to costs.
  • A half-green dot  means some items in the Bill have been copied to costs.
  • A red dot  means no items in the Bill have been copied to costs.
