How To Change my Enquiries Email Address

Your Tradify Enquiries email address is a little different to your everyday business email. Your Enquiries tab acts as an Inbox for all incoming enquiries. 

View your Enquiries email/form link

1. Head to Settings.
2. Select Enquiries - to find your public profile name - or your unique identifier on your Tradify Enquiry Email Address and Web Enquiry form.

Want to also receiving incoming Enquiries in your everyday email inbox? 

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select Staff Members - to control which users should receive Mobile App notifications or Emails to their staff member email, for each incoming Enquiry. Check out this page on user Email and Mobile App enquiry notifications.
