Understanding Enquiries Notifications on Tradify

Understand how to configure your notifications for Tradify's Enquiries feature. 

To change your notification settings for your Enquiries: 

1. Head to Settings.
2. Select Staff Members.
3. Select a staff member.
4. Use the checkboxes to select and de-select Enquiries in the Permissions section.
5. Now the staff member has access to Enquiries, use the toggle to enable Email and Mobile App notifications.
