Understand how to configure your staff members permission and notifications for Tradify's Enquiries feature. 

Enable/Disable Enquiries for a Staff Member

  1. Head to Settings
  2. Select Staff Members.
  3. Select a staff member.
  4. Use the checkboxes to select and de-select Enquiries in the Permissions section.

Enable/Disable Enquiries Notifications

Once the Enquiries permissions has been enabled for a staff member using the steps above, you can then determine which types of notifications they receive for this in the Enquiries Section under Notifications in their staff profile:

  1. Toggle Email for your staff member to review emails notifying of new enquiries.
  2. Toggle Mobile App for push notifications that will display on their phone which they can tap to access new enquiries.
