There are two options that can be adjusted for your Web Enquiries form at your end, these include adding your company logo, and enabling/setting a custom automatic response to enquiry submissions.
Note: If you need to change your Enquiries form link/enquires email link, you will need to contact support@tradifyhq.com to make these changes.
Add your Logo
- Head to your Settings.
- Select Enquiries.
- Scroll down to find the Company Logo options.
- Select Upload a Logo (or to change an existing logo select Upload a different logo).
Enable and Setup an Automatic Reply
- Head to your Settings.
- Select Enquiries.
- Scroll down to find the Auto Replies options.
- Toggle on the option Auto-reply to customer enquiries.
- Set the intended reply in the Message field (See below for reference).
