What Happens to the Enquiries Feature When You Cancel Your Account

• Web Form Visibility: The Tradify Web Form link will remain visible in search results after you cancel your account.
• Enquiry Form Functionality: The enquiry form on your website will continue to work, and enquiries will be sent to your email.

Instructions

To disable the "enquiries" feature if you have not yet canceled:

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select Enquiries.
3. Toggle off the enquiries email and form.
   
   

To disable the Enquiries features if you are already canceled, reach out to Support@tradifyhq.com.
