Update Subscription Payment Details

Update your Credit Card payment method for your Tradify subscription.

Instructions

Note: Tradify's subscription payments can currently be made using Visa or Mastercard. Please note that Tradify does not accept American Express cards.

1. Head to the Settings page.
2. Select Plan & Billing.
3. scroll down on the page until you see a credit card.
4. click Edit and enter in your new payment details.
   
   
    
5. Once you've filled this out, please ensure you click Update Subscription to save the information you have entered. 

Note: You are unable to update your payment details via the mobile app.
