Tradify enables users to manage time costs either from the timesheets or from the job appointments. So f the timesheets aren't automatically moved from Red to Green when selecting Mark Job as Invoiced, this may be due to the settings being selected to use Appointments as costs instead. If this is not the setup you prefer for your time cost tracking, you can update this using the steps below.
Instructions
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Invoices.
- Toggle off the Generate invoices using job appointments instead of timesheets option.
- Select Save.
Now when you are invoice jobs or marking jobs as paid, the timesheets will be considered as the job time costs, and will be actioned instead of the job appointments.
