Tradify's History feature is designed to help you keep track of your customer communications in one central place. With this feature, you can easily view past emails and SMS messages sent to your customers directly from the relevant activity log in Tradify.
Accessing the Activity Log
To begin using the Tradify history feature, you need to access the activity log in Tradify. Here's how:
- Log in to your Tradify account.
- Navigate to the relevant section, such as Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, or Forms.
- Open the specific job, quote, invoice, or form for which you want to view the communication history.
- Look for the activity log associated with that particular item.
Viewing Sent Emails
Viewing the emails sent to your customers is easy and can be done as follows:
- In the activity log, locate the events related to email communication, such as "Invoice email sent," "Quote email sent," "Job email sent," or "Form email sent."
- Click on the event details to open a pop-up window displaying an exact copy of the sent email.
- Any attachments are below the email and can be downloaded from this preview by clicking on the file.
Checking Appointment Emails
If you want to review emails related to appointments, follow these steps:
- In the activity log, locate the events associated with creating, updating, or cancelling appointments.
- Click on the log entry to view the content of the appointment email.
- Take note of any important details or updates mentioned in the email.
Reminder Emails for Quotes and Invoices
If you want to view the content of reminder emails sent for quotes and invoices, follow these steps:
- In the activity log, locate the events related to reminder emails, specifically for quotes and invoices.
- Click on the log entry to access a link that allows you to view the content of the reminder email.
- Review the email content to ensure that the necessary information has been included.
