Creating Forms & Certificates on Mobile

To create a certificate:

1. Head to your desired Job.
2. Within this Job, select Forms from the top menu.
3. Select Create Form.
4. Select the form type from the list. 
5. Fill out the necessary fields.
6. Select Save or Approve the form.

Creating Forms & Certificates on Web

To create a certificate:

1. Head to your desired Job.
2. Within this Job, head to the Forms & Certs tab.
3. Select Create.
4. In the drop-down menu,
5. Select the form type from the list. 
6. Fill out the necessary fields.
7. Select Save or Approve the form.

Completing an EICR

Editing, Previewing & Printing existing Forms & Certs

You can view and edit your certs at any time within your jobs by navigating back to the Forms & Certs tab and selecting the relevant record.

To preview, print, or delete your form, use the corresponding button on the top right of your screen.
