The Australian Government has introduced new rules to protect people from text message scams that use trusted brand names to steal private information. Businesses must now register their 'branded text message numbers' with the government. Unregistered numbers will be marked as 'unverified'.

Yes, Tradify does not currently use 'branded' text messages to send texts to customers.
