What are release notes?
We are regularly updating Tradify and making it better to help you manage your business, and our release notes ensure you stay up to date with these enhancements. Release notes are a log of new features, improvements, bug fixes, and performance updates in each of our software releases. They help you stay informed about improvements and changes within Tradify that may impact your workflow. Keeping up to date helps ensure you’re using the latest tools efficiently, and avoid surprises.

Updated Fire Detection and Alarm System certificate forms to align with the latest legal requirements.

Moved the 'Includes Tax' toggle to a clearer position below the pricing grid for supplier-purchased items, making it easier to see which prices include tax.

On-site payment QR codes enabled for APS users allowing customers to pay while you’re on the job.
When you change an appointment’s start date, the finish date will now update automatically to match.
Web
We've added clickable enquiry numbers in activity logs. When jobs, quotes, or invoices are created from an enquiry, you can now click straight back to the original enquiry from the activity log.

- We’ve updated the wording from “Credit Card Payments” to “Card Payments” across the web app to reflect that both debit and credit cards are accepted.
- Fixed an issue where updating Partner billing cards could fail during 3D Secure verification when retrying, which sometimes caused the card to be declined.
- Fixed an issue where the “Add” button on certain forms (SWMS/JSA NZ and ELPITC UK) didn’t disappear after reaching the maximum number of entries, allowing too many records to be added.

- Customer search has been expanded to include site (location) details like name, contact, email, phone, mobile, and address—making it easier to find the right customer.

- Fixed an issue where WebP type images attached to checklists could not be previewed.
- The character counter on checklist title fields is now right-aligned for easier reading.
- You can now export your full product list across all suppliers into a single CSV file. Head to Settings > Price List tab and select the new "Export All Price Lists" option.
- Fixed an issue where labour costs and invoice amounts on the Job Financial Report were being rounded to whole numbers instead of showing two decimal places.

- The "Create" button on the Forms & Certs tab has been renamed to "New Form", keeping things consistent with the rest of your Job tabs.
- Purchase Orders now include a full activity log — so you can see exactly when a PO was created, approved, emailed, sent to supplier, marked as billed, reset to draft, or updated.
- "Delivery Address" in Settings > Company has been renamed to "Company Address", with updated helper text to clarify how it's used across forms, certificates, and purchase orders. The Purchase Order address dropdown has also been updated to read "Use Company Address" for consistency.
- Fixed an issue where downloading file attachments with special characters in the filename (such as quotation marks) could cause an error.
- Fixed an issue where the Xero integration could fail for organisations based in the US.

- Searching for an enquiry is now smarter — search results match across any combination of fields (name, email, phone, location, description, or enquiry number), so you find what you're looking for faster.
- Fixed an issue where a job's status could silently revert to an earlier value when multiple people had the same job open at once. Status changes are now reliable and accurately recorded in the activity log.
- Invoices, Estimates, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Invoices CSV exports now include a Jobs column showing the linked job number(s) — handy for reconciling your records.

Mobile App Version 7.75.0
- Copying an enquiry description across to a quote, job, or invoice on mobile now keeps the original text formatting intact.
- Track what's happening with your purchase orders on the go — the mobile app now shows a full activity log on each PO, including when it was created, approved, edited, or sent.
Web App
- The Invoices CSV export now includes a Delivery Status column so you can see at a glance whether each invoice has been sent, viewed, or is yet to go out.

- Manage your purchase orders faster with a new quick action menu on each row — duplicate a PO, copy it to a bill, or update its status in just a couple of taps.
- Your CSV exports for Jobs, Invoices, and Quotes now include a Customer Email column, making it easier to follow up or import your data elsewhere.

- Searching in the Jobs list now finds results across all relevant fields at once — including job description, contact name, email, and phone number.
- Searching the price list or inline line items now returns results across product code, description, and supplier — so you find what you're looking for faster.
- You can now duplicate a Bill or change its status between Draft and Approved directly from the quick action menu on each row in the Bills list. The status option is removed once the Bill has been sent to your accounting software.

- When you upload your company logo, Tradify now suggests a matching accent colour for your document theme — automatically picked to complement your logo.
- Fixed an issue where importing a price list from Xero would silently fail if items had blank or duplicate product codes. Blank codes are now skipped and duplicates are treated as updates to existing products.

- The Tradify mobile app now supports iOS 26.

- The Suppliers list now has a quick action menu on each row. Create a new Purchase Order or Bill pre-filled with that supplier's details in one click.
- The Customers list now has a quick action menu on each row. Open a new Job, Quote, or Invoice pre-filled with that customer's details straight from the list.
- On web, the code field on the 2FA verification screen is now auto-focused — just start typing your code when it appears, no extra click needed.
April 24, 2026
- You can now customise the columns in your Bills list — show, hide, and reorder to suit how you work. Two new optional columns are available: Entered By and Created On. Your preferences are saved per browser.
- The Jobs, Invoices, and Quotes CSV exports now label the column "Customer Email Address(es)" for clarity. Invoices and Quotes exports also include a new Sent To column showing the email addresses the document was last sent to.
- Phone number search on the Enquiries list now handles different number formats — spaces, dashes, brackets, dots, and international prefixes — so you'll find the right enquiry whether the number was saved locally or internationally.
