Manage Timesheets as an Admin on Tradify Web

In Tradify you will be able to view and manage timesheets for your team, these timesheets can then be exported and used in your accounting or payroll system, in this article we will cover over the options that you will have for managing timesheets.

Create a timesheet

To get started:

  1. Go to the main Timesheets page.
  2. Select the + at the right end of the staff member you want to add a timesheet for.

  3. Select New Timesheet Entry.
  4. Fill out the details and add the job if this is billable time.
  5. Save.

Delete a timesheet

To get started:

  1. Head to the Timesheets page.
  2. Select the + at the right end of the staff member you want to delete a timesheet for.
  3. Select the timesheet entry you want to remove and click X.

Exporting Timesheets

Once you have added or removed the timesheets as needed, you can export your staff timesheets to to a CSV to use in your accounting or payroll systems: Download and Understand Timesheet Exports
