Instructions
When using Timesheets in Tradify, you are able to use these to track internal costs as well as the cost to your customer, this will allow you to see your Gross profit of these hours (See below for reference to this in the job time tab).
When doing this, the different areas showing above are tracked based on a few different areas in Tradify.
Hours: This is the total hours on the job across all staff with timesheet entries on the job.
Costs: This is worked out from your Standard Pay Rate field on the staff member profile. (If you want to use Estimated Hourly Internal Cost from your billing rate, you need to leave your staff members Standard Pay Rate blank, see here).
Charges: These are pulled from your Billing Rates (I.e. what you are charging your customer).
Gross Profit: This is the difference between your internal costs, and what your charges.
Total to Invoice: The value that will be pull to your invoice when creating a time and materials invoice.
