You can copy all line items from a job's bill to that job's costs. Here's how, from the mobile app.
Note: To copy bill items to costs automatically,
1. It needs to be attached to a job
2. It needs to be a draft / not approved yet.

Instructions
- Navigate to the Jobs Page.
- Search and select the job with the bill you want to copy to or create a new job to use.
- Select the Bills tab.
- Tap New Bill to create a new bill or open a current draft.
- Complete the new bill's details, and tap Approve.
- Tap Yes on the pop-up to confirm the copy.
- Set your desired mark-up and cost incurred date.
- tap Done, these items will now show in your costs.
Bill Items to Costs: Color Codes
On your bill, each of your listed line items will have a colour dot:
⬤ | This item is Copied to costs. |
⬤ | This item is Not Copied to costs. |
On the bills tab, each of your listed bills will have a colour dot:
This item is Not Copied to costs.
⬤ | all items in the Bill have been copied to costs. |
◑ | some items in the Bill have been copied to costs. |
⬤ | no items in the Bill have been copied to costs. |
