Who can use this?
Platform: Web Plan: Plus Staff Permission: Scheduling and Dispatch
- Go to Jobs > Service Reminders
- Select the Service Reminder you would like to send an email for
- Select the Send Email icon
- Select an email template
- Check email addresses the reminder is sent to and update the content of the email you would like to send
- Check the Send me a copy option to send a copy of the email to your own email address
- Click Send
Details of the email sent can be found in the Service Reminders Activity log
