Send an Email for a Service Reminder

Who can use this?

Platform: Web            Plan: Plus            Staff Permission: Scheduling and Dispatch

  1. Go to JobsService Reminders
  2. Select the Service Reminder you would like to send an email for
  3. Select the Send Email icon


  4. Select an email template
  5. Check email addresses the reminder is sent to and update the content of the email you would like to send
  6. Check the Send me a copy option to send a copy of the email to your own email address
  7. Click Send

Details of the email sent can be found in the Service Reminders Activity log
