Create a Job from a Service Reminder

Who can use this?

Platform: Web            Plan: Plus            Staff Permission: Dispatch & Scheduling

To create a new Job from an accepted Service Reminder: 

  1. Go to Jobs > Service Reminders
  2. Open the Service Reminder you want to create a Job for.  The details for that Service Reminder will be shown. 
  3. Select the button Copy to New Job at the bottom right hand side of the screen.  The Job screen will open, with the Service Reminder description. 
  4. Update any Job details required and select Save & Exit or Save & Continue button to save the Job
