Note: The PDF is named after the Quote or Invoice number (for example Quote-Q0001.pdf) when it opens in your browser's built-in PDF viewer. If you have a PDF browser extension installed, such as Adobe Acrobat for Chrome, the extension may open the PDF instead and give it its own generic file name (for example downloadestimate.pdf). To keep the Quote or Invoice number in the file name, either rename the file when you save it, or turn off the extension's option to open PDFs in the browser so your browser's own PDF viewer is used.
