How To Delete a site

Today we will walk through the steps to delete a site from a customers info.

Web Instructions

1. Head to Customers > then search for your customer and click into them.
   
   
   
   
2. then click on the sites tab > and then click the 'x' on the site you want to remove > then press yes on the pop up.
   
   
   

Please note: that if a site is attached to any jobs it will not be able to be removed until removed from all jobs, however in this case you should instead 'Archive' the site, to do this click into the site details in the customer profile and scroll to the bottom, where you can toggle 'Archive this Site'.

Mobile Instructions

1. Head to the 'Customers' page from the Navbar.
2. From here search and select the customer.
3. Once in the customer head to the 'Site' tab > From here select the site you want to delete.
4. From in the site, press the three dots and select 'Delete'. (You can also Archive from this same menu if the Site is already in use).
