Changing HEIC Photos to JPG

Learn more about how to easily convert Apple photo formats (HEIC) to JPEG format for attachment to Tradify notes.

Note: Tradify does not support the HEIC file format for upload into the system, so if images on your device are in this format, they will need to be converted to the JPEG file format for upload.

Instructions

On Apple computers, this is how you'd change from a HEIC format to JPEG:

1. Open the HEIC file with Preview.
2. Go to File > Export.
3. Choose JPEG format.
4. Adjust settings if needed.
5. Select the save location.
6. Click Save to convert and save as JPEG.
