If you are trying to import suppliers from Sage into Tradify and the green pop-up says “Import complete. [number] suppliers imported and [number] suppliers refreshed” but the suppliers have not been imported into the account, this could be due to a duplicate supplier profile in the Sage account.
Please check the supplier list in Sage and delete/merge any duplicate suppliers you may have.
Please check ‘inactive’ suppliers in Sage too as even an inactive duplicate profile will prevent the supplier import from working correctly.
