Assigning Staff to Jobs from the Scheduler

You can assign staff and schedule jobs at the same time by adding your staff members to a planned appointment within the Tradify Scheduler.

To do this:

  1. Head to the Scheduler.
  2. Select anywhere on the scheduler.
  3. In the appointment card, select the blue button to add staff or subcontractors.
  4. Select OK in the drop down menu.
  5. Add your Job in the Job bar to the right of the appointment card.
  6. Select Save when you're happy.
