You can assign staff and schedule jobs at the same time by adding your staff members to a planned appointment within the Tradify Scheduler.
To do this:
- Head to the Scheduler.
- Select anywhere on the scheduler.
- In the appointment card, select the blue + button to add staff or subcontractors.
- Select OK in the drop down menu.
- Add your Job in the Job bar to the right of the appointment card.
- Select Save when you're happy.
