Online Quotes and PDF Options

Tradify quotes are sent as a link for customers to access and view the most up-to-date version of the quote online, this removes the need for resending emails if updates are made to the quotes and enables the customer to easily accept the quote. Additionally this link also lets you:

• Track sent emails and see when the customer has viewed the quote.
• See who has done what and when, via the activity log at the bottom of each quote.

However, if a customer can't access the Quote Link and only accepts Quotes as a PDF attached to an email, you can change their quote delivery method to send the PDF without tracking option.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Customers page.
2. Search for and select the customer from the list.
3. Scroll down to the Financial Information section.
4. Under the Delivery Methods section select Link & PDF Without Tracking on the Quotes drop-down.
5. Select Save.

Note: Any future quote email will now include a link and a PDF. If they use the link you will still be able to see their activity, but you won't be able to see if they open the PDF.
