Mandatory Fields for Importing Sites

  • Customer
  • Site Name

Tips for a Successful Import

  • The Customer in your file must already exist in Tradify. Sites are linked to existing customers, so unmatched customer names will cause the import to fail.
  • Each Site Name should contain only the site name. Keep address details in the address column specifically.

Exporting Data to a .CSV File

To export data from a system or application to a .CSV file, follow these steps:

  1. Open the data you want to export.
  2. Choose the Export or Download option.
  3. Select the Comma Separated Value (.CSV) file type.
  4. Save the file to your desired location.

You can now import the saved .CSV file into Tradify to bulk add sites.
