Customer Payments from Tradify's Credit Card Option

Recording invoice payments via Tradify Credit Card Payments is now automated, and allows for more effective Payment Tracking. This can be setup and then viewed from the invoice.

Instructions

To setup the account for this payment method, see the steps below: 

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select Payments.
3. Select the Online Credit Card Payment Method.
   
   
    
4. Set the account you would like this to show in within your accounting integration.

Note: You can not change the name of this Payment Method or delete it. This ensures we can match the payments up to your invoice. 

View Payments Logged on Your Invoices

To view a customer payment made to an invoice: 

1. Navigate to the main Invoices page.
2. Search for a select the invoice your customer has paid.
3. Scroll down to the Payments Received sections.
4. Here you will see the payment logged under the Payment Method: Online Credit Card.
   
   
   Note: This will updated the invoice to 0.00 for the Amount Due.
