Manage Tradify's Card Payment Settings

You can enable and disable Card Payments at a number of differently levels in Tradify. This will allow you to use the Credit Card option when it best suits you and your customers. 

Note: Only available in the UK and AU regions currently. 

Instructions

To enable/disable card payments completely:

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select Payments.
3. Toggle the Accept Credit Card payments.

To enable/disable card payments for specific document themes:

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select Document Themes.
3. Select the Document Theme you want to update.
4. Select the Invoices tab.
5. Toggle Accept Credit Card Payments.

Note: You can also set the default for on/off on invoices from the Document Themes by toggling Credit Card Payments Defaulted on, I.e Payments are enabled on the document theme, but will be defaulted on/off on invoices for your selection 

To enable/disable card payments for individual Invoices:

1. Select the invoice you want to turn credit card payments off for.
2. Scroll down to the Credit Card Payment section.
3. Toggle Accept credit card payments on this invoice.
