Add a Lead Source to a Customer Profile

Topic

You can track the origin of your customers using the customer Lead Source Field. This will allow you to keep a track of which sources have been most effective for you by storing this information and showing in your customer exports so you can view and filter this info. 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Customers page.
  2. Search for and select the customer you would like to add the lead source too or create a new customer.

  3. Select + Financial info, Delivery methods, Custom info, Fax, Audit.
  4. Scroll down to the Financial Information Section and click into the Lead Source Field. 
  5. Type in the source of that customer and Save.
