Use SmartWrite to Enhance your Writing on Tradify Mobile

In this guide, we will show you how to use one of Tradify’s AI tools, SmartWrite, to enhance and improve existing written descriptions and emails on Tradify Mobile.

Instructions

To get started, head into the document, job or email you want to improve the writing on or create a new one(Purchase order, Quote, job, invoice, emails):

1. Type in your starting text.
2. In the text editor options, select the 3 stars Icon.
   

   Note: To only improve selected text, highlight the text you want to improve and then use the SmartWrite options. You can also use the Undo button to return to your original text.
   

   
   
   
3. From here select Improve Writing from the options to generate an improved description or email.
