In this guide, we will show you how to use one of Tradify’s AI tools, SmartWrite, to enhance and improve existing written descriptions and emails for you.
Instructions
To get started, head into the document, job or email template you want to improvements or create a new document (Purchase order, Quote, job, invoice):
- Type in your starting text.
- In the text editor options, select SmartWrite.
Note: To only improve selected text, highlight the text you want to improve and then use the SmartWrite options. - From here select from the options shown below.
Disclaimer: Text Written by SmartWrite may have inconsistencies with the original text or tone, we recommend all inserted text written by SmartWrite is reviewed before saving your document.
