Email an Invoice on Tradify Web

Emailing Invoices through Tradify includes automatic tracking of whether they have been received and read, as well as payment reminders and options.

  1. Open the relevant Invoice.
  2. Click the Email icon (upper right corner).
  3. Edit the fields as required.
  4. If you'd like to send yourself a copy, select Send me a copy.
  5. When you're ready, select Send.

 

 

Note: When emailing an invoice, all email addresses that have previously been sent the invoice will be included in the "to:' field in the email and therefore visible to all recipients. Please keep this in mind if you test emailing the invoice to a personal email address.
