Action a To-Do
- Select the '...' on the right side of your To-Do's.
- Select hover over New > Select the type of action you need to do.
Deleting your To-Do's
- Select the '...' on the right side of your To-Do's.
- Then select Delete.
Note: Deleted To-Do's can not be recovered.
Editing your To-Do's
- Click an existing To-Do description to begin making changes.
- Edit your To-Do details.
- Click Save or use the respective keyboard shortcuts.
- Windows: CTRL+ALT+S
- Mac: COMMAND+OPTION+S
Note: If a To-Do was created by another staff member and assigned to you, re-assigning it to someone else will remove it from your To-Do List. The To-Do will still be visible to the original creator and the new assignee. To keep visibility after re-assigning, add yourself as an additional assigned staff member before saving.
Sorting your To-Do's
By default, your To-Do's will be sorted by the created date on the To-Do tab and the completed date on the Done tab.
Click on the column headers to sort. Click again to reverse the sort order.
- Tag: Sorts by colour tag against To-Do
- Created Date: Sorts by the created date of To-Do
- Due Date: Sorts by the due date of To-Do
- Staff: Sorts by staff member assigned.
