Logo on documents is blurry or small

Issue

Your logo maybe looking small or blurry on your Quotes and Invoices.

 

Solution

Edit the logo image file, then re-upload into your Document Theme

  1. Head to Settings > Document Themes
  2. Select the Document Theme that contains the logo you would like to edit (this is most likely called 'Standard')
  3. Upload a .jpg or .png file type on your computer (or phone).  If you're using a header, the recommended size for your image is 2040 x 360 pixels, as this is the highest resolution we support and uses the full letterhead area.
  4. Even if the file is a large high quality image, check if there is a lot of white space / blank space surrounding your logo file.

To test out if the logo is ONLY blurry on the preview, head to the Activity Log, of a sent Quote or Invoice, to check out how the document looks for your customers. Using the Activity Log to view sent emails
