Update a Specific Customers Default Document Theme

If you have specific details that need to be included for a specific customer or a specific group of customers you can update their default document theme. 

Instructions

Note: Two or more document themes need to existing to be able to change this default. To create a new Document Theme, see here: Creating a new Document Theme
  1. Navigate to the Customers page.
  2. Select for and select the Customer you wish to update.
  3. Select +Financial info, Delivery methods, Custom info, Fax, Audit to expand out the additional options.
  4. Update the Document Theme field to your chosen theme.



  5. Select Save
