Edit or Delete Form Templates

Edit Form Templates

1. Navigate to the Forms page.
2. Select the Form Templates tab.
3. Search for and select the template you need to edit.
4. Make your edits as needed.
5. Select Save.

Delete Form Templates

1. Navigate to the Forms page.
2. Select the Form Templates tab.
3. Search for and select the template you need to delete.
4. Select the Trashcan Icon (Delete).
