Use Connections on Tradify Mobile

Add Connections from the Connections Page

  1. Navigate to the More page.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Select the blue icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  4. Fill in your new Connection's email address.
  5. Select Send Invitation to Connect.

Add a Connection from the Scheduler

  1. Navigate to your Scheduler page.
  2. Select the blue + icon.
  3. On the appointment select Staff & Connections.
  4. Select the blue Add Staff or Connection button.
  5. Select Add Connection.
  6. Enter your Connection's email into the box provided.
  7. Select Add.

Note: Your Connection will remain pending until they have accepted your invitation. Additionally, they'll need to accept the scheduled appointment for the appointment to appear normally in the Scheduler.

Deactivate a Connection

In Tradify mobile, you can deactivate a Connection. To do this:

  1. Navigate to the More Page.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Select your Connection on the active page.
  4. Select Disconnect.
  5. In the prompt, confirm your deactivation by selecting Disconnect.
