Create a To-Do List on Mobile

Access the To-Do List on Mobile

To get started; Click on the To-Do List button found on the More page.

Create New To-Do's

  1. Navigate to the More Page > Then the To-Do list page.
  2. From here click the blue + button to create a new To-Do.

  3. Once in the New To-Do page, add the following details:

Description: A description of your To-Do.

Due Date (Optional): Assign a due date to help order or prioritise your To-Do's.

Staff: To select the staff for the To-Do (Multiple staff can be added).

Colour Tag (Optional): Tag To-Do's with colours to categorise or prioritise them effectively.

Note: Assigned staff members will receive an email and/or mobile push notification when the To-Do is created, see here for how to enable these notifications for staff: Notifying Your Staff Members in Tradify

Complete your To-Do's

  1. Navigate to the To-Do list and find your To-Do.
  2. Tap the circular tick button to complete your To-Do, this moves your To-Do to the Done tab. 

Note: You can tap on the same button on the Done tab to reset your task and move it back into the To-Do tab.
