Add a Timesheet Entry to a Job on Tradify Mobile

Instructions

To get started:

  1. Navigate to the Jobs page.
  2. Search for an select the job you want to add time to.

  3. In the job, select the Time tab.
  4. Select New Timesheet Entry.

  5. Then add in the details of the timesheet (Staff member, Date, Start and Finish times, the Billing Rates and a Note (the note field is optional).
  6. Select Save to Finalise the entry.

  7. Then when you return to the job screen make sure to select Save on the job as well.
