Adding Images in Email Templates

Topic

Although Tradify doesn’t actively support images in the template, there is a alternative solution that can be used to achieve the desired result. In order to utilise this alternative, you must have the image hosted on a website that Tradify can pull from. This can work for adding in accreditation logos to your customer-facing communications.

Instructions

  1. Locate the image on the existing web source.
  2. Right-click on the image and select "copy image". (See example of image copied from email body below)

  3. Head into Tradify and navigate to the email template.
  4. Place the cursor in the email template text field and use the keyboard hotkeys to paste it in (i.e. Ctrl + V, or command + V).
Please note that using the mouse to right-click -> paste will not work in this instance.

Additional Information

Tradify doesn’t support images directly added/imported in the email templates, this is an alternative option that can be used to include emails in your email templates.  In order to utilise this option, you must have the image hosted on a website that Tradify can pull from. This can work for adding in accreditation logos to your customer-facing communications or your logos/sign offs can be copied from an exisiting email.
