Clear Unused Customers (Bulk Delete)
On Tradify Web, the Customers page also has an option to clear all unused customers. To do this, select Options > Clear Unused Customers. This deletes every customer (active and archived) that has no Quotes, Jobs, Invoices, Recurring Jobs or Recurring Invoices, all at once, together with their sites and notes.
Note: Clearing unused customers is permanent and cannot be undone in Tradify. Before proceeding, export your customer list (How To Export Customers) so you can re-import it if needed. To simply tidy your list, consider archiving customers instead, so they can be restored anytime.
