Deleting Document Themes

Learn more on how to delete document themes in Tradify. We personally recommend you check out Archiving Document Themes as deleting document themes is a permanent decision and impossible when the theme has been used on existing quotes, invoices, purchase orders and Job Service Reports.

To delete a document theme within Tradify:

1. Navigate to the settings tab located in the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Within the settings, find and select the "Document Themes" option.
3. In the Document Themes section, locate the theme you want to delete.
4. Look for the "X" icon on the right-hand side of the theme.
5. Click on the "X" icon to initiate the deletion process.
6. Confirm your decision to delete the theme when prompted.
   1. Note that deleting the document theme will remove it entirely. If you want to keep documents linked to the theme, you can choose to archive it instead.
7. Once you're ready, select "Yes" to delete the theme.
8. After making changes, don't forget to save your modifications by selecting "Save."
