Tradify's Checklist Feature allows you to enable or disable sections within active checklist forms or templates, making it easy to create custom checklists and hide unnecessary sections from your customers.
Enable or Disable Sections on Checklist Form Templates
- Navigate to the Forms page.
- Select the Form Templates tab.
- Search for and select the Checklist template you want to hide sections on.
- Toggle of sections on/off as needed.
- Select Save.
Enable or Disable Sections on Checklist Forms
From the Jobs page:
- Navigate to the Jobs page.
- Search for an select the job the checklist form is attached to.
- Select the Forms & Certs tab.
- Select the Checklist form.
- Toggle of sections on/off as needed.
- Select Save.
From the Forms page:
- Navigate to the Forms Page.

Search for and select the checklist form you need update.
Note: you can search for forms by the following fields; Serial Number/Name, Type and Job Number.
- Toggle of sections on/off as needed.
- Select Save.
