Using Quote Reminders helps you to win more work and remind potential customers of work that you can do for them.
Activating Quote Reminders
To turn on Quote Reminders:
- Head to your Quote.
- Select the Enable reminder emails on this quote toggle.
- Select Save.
Important note: Once quote reminders have been activated, all email addresses that have previously been sent the quote will be included in the 'to:' field in the reminder email and therefore visible to all recipients.
Editing Quote Reminders
- Head to Settings.
- Head to Quotes.
- Select the Quote Reminder Toggle.
- Edit the Message to Customer in the text field.
- Select Save.
