Editing an existing appointment and informing subcontractors
After making changes to an existing subcontractor appointment, Tradify will automatically resend an email advising the subcontractor of these changes.
Note: The subject line for the email will be labelled ‘Your scheduled appointment has changed’ and it will also contain the updated version of the appointment details.
Removing an appointment and informing subcontractors
If you remove an existing appointment which has a subcontractor assigned to it, or if you remove the subcontractor from the appointment, Tradify will automatically send them an email after you’ve hit Save. These emails will notify the subcontractor that ‘Your scheduled appointment has been removed’ and will show the appointment details crossed out (as shown below).
