Creating Quotes from Templates on Tradify Web

Learn how to create Quotes from Quote Templates on Tradify's Web App. 

There are two main ways to do this:

1. Creating Quotes from Quote Templates within Quotes.
2. Creating Quotes from Quote Templates within Customer Profiles.

How to create Quotes from Templates (within Quotes)

1. Head over to Quotes
2. Select New Quote from Template. 
3. Using the drop-down field, select the relevant Template.
4. Select OK.
5. Once you’ve added all the necessary details to your Template, select Save.

Note: If you'd like Tradify to pull through the latest pricing from your Price List Items and Billing Rates, please select "Update template with latest price list items and billing rates". 

Note: Tradify will now take you to the Template. If you’d like to add extra details to the Template, feel free to do so now.

How to create Quotes from Templates (within the customer profile)

1. Head over to Customers.
2. Open the relevant customer.
3. Select the Quotes tab and then select New Quote from Template.
4. Using the drop-down field, select the relevant Template.
5. Select OK.
6. Once you’ve added all the necessary details to your Template, click the Save button.

Note: If you'd like Tradify to pull through the latest pricing from your Price List Items and Billing Rates, please select "Update template with latest price list items and billing rates". 

Note: Tradify will now take you to the Template. If you’d like to add extra details to the Template, feel free to do so now.
