The issue stems from the Scheduler Settings configured in your Tradify account.
To address this and expand your visibility, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Settings.
- Access the Scheduler section.
- Adjust the Working Day Start time and Day end.
For instance, if your current configuration is set to 7 AM to 3 PM, you will only see the schedule in your mobile app up to 3 PM. Modifying these settings will allow you to view the schedule beyond the specified time.
