SMS Appointment reminders

Appointment reminders are sent by SMS twice once the appointment is scheduled.

Once you have chosen to send text reminders, up to two different ones will be sent:

Just-in-time Reminder

For appointments scheduled at and after 10 am, the reminders will be sent at 8 am on the appointment day.

Hi, friendly reminder we’ll be onsite today at approx (appointment time). Thanks, (company name) [Auto Msg - Pls Don’t Reply]

For appointments scheduled before 10 am, the reminders will be sent at 8 pm the night before the appointment.

Hi, friendly reminder we’ll be onsite tomorrow at approx (appointment time). Thanks, (company name) [Auto Msg - Pls Don’t Reply]

2-days Before Reminder

The reminder will be sent at 9 am 2 days before the appointment day, regardless of the appointment time.

Additional Information

The timing and content of text reminders are fixed. You won’t be able to see nor edit them before they get sent
