Defaulting Customer Appointment Confirmations to ON

Who can use this?

Platform: Web        Plan: Lite | Pro | Plus        Staff Permission: Job & Timesheets & Settings


You can update your settings to ensure that every appointment booked has a confirmation email go to your customer.  



  1. Head to Settings > Scheduler
  2. Slide the toggle under Customer Appointment Confirmations to the ON position
  3. Select Save
