The option to Copy from Bill to Costs is no longer appearing for a staff member


When creating a bill, the pop up box asking if you would like to copy the bill to costs is no longer appearing. 



The likely cause is that, the "remember my choice" option was selected on a previous occasion.

To enable this pop up request again:

  1. Head to Settings > Staff Members and select the staff member in question
  2. Enable the option Copy Bills to Costs popup in their staff member detail
