Cannot see all appointments on the scheduler

Issue

When an appointment is set for outside of the work hours, the appointment won't show on the scheduler

 

Resolution

  1. Go to Settings > Scheduler
  2. Update the Working Day Start and Working Day End to extend the working hours to include the appointment time
